Anyone catch this? I didn't watch enough of it to see if they even mentioned AU but they seemed really high on the SEC in general and they seemed split
between UGA and UF as to who the best in the conference is going to be. They also mentioned Bama a lot, and how they could be the surprise team to win the
west, but still seemed high on LSU.

i heard they aired a segment on how chaz ramsey, global warming, and the lumberjack trade for giving birth to the term chopping are soley responsible for the
severe downturn in glenn dorsey's career. the sting of it all is the effect it will have on his bank account... if all goes well, glenn will only not have
to worry financially for 15 or 20 lifetimes instead of for all eternity plus infinity to the power of everlasting.

Now yall no ESPN ain't got anything good to say about us just what is the deal between espn and auburn .That we cant ever get any good exposure is it cause

Agreed. I used to love ESPN for years, but they are quickly becomming a bunch of talking heads...
Just like other forms of media outlets, they try to pesuade you into what to think/believe, and not just report. |

I also agree bunch of make up wearing idiots but i do love playing in the prime time games on saturday nights they seem to put us there alot, but nothing beats
being in the jungle.

As long as you understand espn is there to provide entertainment, and not factual & objective reporting, you'll make it through the season. There goal
is ratings.
Also, if you use the word the jungle to refer to Jordan Hare Stadium again, you are banned from the board for 1 year. That is the lamest nickname & I'm ashamed TT came up with that garbage. |

Agreed that ESPN has lost its prestige in the college football area. There are too many fortune tellers with loyalties in the wrong places. Its like a dictatorship that won't be change since Kirk silly-nanny Herbstreit and Lee Corso the coke-head never have to worry about getting fired. It's almost like they're politicians now. Herbie is OSU's spokesman and I can see Corso's feet dangling out of Tebow's hind parts. Not fair at all given that men and not wins select who play in the NC. Oh how I wish for a playoff system.

My impression after watching Bama's A-Day game, is that this the most untalented Bama team I've ever seen. I can see why Saban was able to sign a lot
of talent, they need it desperately. They will be playing a ton of those young players this year, probably as many as we did last year, if not more.

As I was running last night I noticed their A-Day game on.. I just wanted to see how they played. Their QB Fanuzzi, don't know where he is on the depth
chart, but he was terrible. From what I heard I don't think their other QBs did that great either.

and mentioned controversy. Funny thing is I have watched a bunch of SEC teams and Auburn has by far the best defense. I haven't seen LSU or South Carolina
yet. UGA looked awesome on offense but they looked poor on defense. Their DB's are worse than Auburn's. Kinda the same thing with Florida except they
played a little better on defense. Auburn starters looked good on defense except #26 at Safety. He was lallygagging on Tate's TD run and could have made
the tackle.

I hope that is the case & we have one of the best defenses in the SEC next year but I put about as much stock in college spring games as I do in nfl
pre-season games. In order words, they mean nothing.
