in terms of national championships, i do not mind at all the past bama has. i certainly do not mind discussing championships rationally with fans such as you tider, and will not dispute any of them (even the celebrated 1941). you have more than shown to be rational on here. if we were to discuss it, you would ind that i am probably way more agreeable than you could imagine (reason why my wife and her vastly pro-bama family have welcomed me in with open arms). it is that other element of the tide fan base that takes the pride i could have as a sports fan living in alabama and causes me to toss it away in disgust. of course, all teams have that same element, but the bama contingent has always seemed to be the more vocal and beligerent. of course, you could probably say the same about some auburn fans as well... but i will deny that... we are all one big frikkin happy buch filled with love and good ole wholesomeness.

Hahaha, I like you Kev, you're a good guy. Yeah, EVERY fan base in any sport has a vocal side that can get obnoxious. Alabama and Auburn both have them. I just try to see past them. I'm not gonna lie, I do not like Auburn and it's obvious by your name that you don't like Alabama. Theres no reason that we can't have reasonable discussions though, which we have been doing these past couple of days, and hopefully will continue to do in the future.
