Go to Rivals, 247 Sports, Scout, ESPN and etc. if that's what you want. Not any of them can tell you for certain where Stefon Diggs or Alex Kozan is going to attend college. To me they are all a waste of money for the inaccurate information they put out. The so called premium info they are putting out, you can eventually find almost anywhere on the web for free.
