Sorry for what may be a redundant question, I am still new to doing posting and new to the board. Where does it appear we will go Bowling this year? I had
heard maybe the Cotton if we had beaten Georgia, I am just curious if anyone has any insight. Thanks.

ESPN's Mark Schlabach has Auburn playing North Carolina in the Music City. Fellow ESPN writer Bruce Feldman has the Tigers playing Wisconsin in the
Outback. CBS Sportsline projects Auburn to play Clemson in the Chick-fil-A. I say should Auburn finish 7-5 with a loss to No. 2 Alabama we likely wind up in
the Music City or Liberty Bowl.... LETS KICK SOME BAMMER A$$...WDE!
SEC Bowl Priority 1. BCS 2. Capital One 3. Outback and Cotton - Outback gets top choice out of East while Cotton gets top choice out of West. They have the option to swap picks or take two teams from same division. 4. Chick-fil-A 5. Music City and Liberty 6. Independence 7. Papajohns.com Thats all I got 45.....Welcome to the board..... after playing in nashville in 2003, came back with a pretty good season in 2004. Maybe scratch some of that magic again. |

Im hoping for the Music City bowl...not the Liberty (Memphis is ghetto).
Still a long shot for Cotton and Peach Bowl. Winning against Bama would put us there unless they won against Florida after losing to us. We could still get Cotton or Peach at 7-5 though possibly. But if we were to beat Bama, and then they were to beat FL in the SEC championship...there would be a possibility that a 1 loss SEC champ wouldn't go to the National Championship, bumping Bama to the Sugar, Florida to the Capital One, LSU to the Cotton...and down the ladder everyone goes... |

Thanks for the bowl info. I like all the options. Fortunately or Unfortunately I grew up an Auburn fan when getting any exposure was great, even through the
Barfield Years where exposure was not good, thank God for Joe Cribbs and James Brooks(Geez, I still wonder why in the world they were not used at same time, I
guess that would have been an offense before its time). Used to love and sit and watch Auburn play in the Gator Bowl, or Citrus Bowl. It is good to see we
can at least get a little more exposure this year after regular season. Makes the holiday season much more enjoyable to see that Orange and Blue playing
football into the new year. I remember getting that special feeling when Dye got us back to our first bowl game after Shug, I feel that way this year. Big
things coming.

I was not expecting a bowl game at the beggining of this season with all the turmoil of last season and coaching changes. I am just happy we got a shot at
going to any bowl where I can watch us play one more game! I'd like to end the season on a winnng note. That's why we need that bowl game. War Eagle!!
