Of course there's not a snowball's chance in hell the American's will ever be extradited, but it's a start. Maybe the Italian version of the CIA should sneak into this country, kidnap the convicted criminals, and spirit them back to Italy to begin serving their sentence.
One of the problems I have is the judge setting aside charges against the Italian intelligence officers involved. I say try them in court immediately; and if
found guilty, throw their asses in jail for 20 years. How about a little consistency here, judge?
Also, isn't Italy an ally of ours? If so, wasn't there a better way of handling the interrogation of this cleric? And we wonder why people in other
countries hate us so much.
