Thus far, I've seen no evidence Chavez nor his minions have had anything to do with the recent trouble in Honduras. But if you have seen such evidence, please share.

Chavez has threatened millitary force against Hondurous if his Ambassador is harmed or kidnapped. That's not exactly sitting on the sidelines, it's taking a side and using a threat of force. He was previously supporting the ousted president, as he has other socialists in the region.

North Korea is not threatening us with nuclear war. To paraphrase Bill Maher, if you can't hit anything but the ocean with your "ICBM"… what you have is a torpedo. Your Cowboy Diplomacy worked well the previous 8 years, huh? And just what would you suggest be done about Kim Jong Il; military invasion, or assassination?

First off, it's not "my" cowboy diplomacy, that is the word the press and the left applied to it. Second off, that is exactly what George Bush didn't do in regards to North Korea. He insisted on six party talks involving China while the left was insisting he go it alone. So, they wanted him to go cowboy on North Korea, just not elsewhere. This argument about the can't hit anything is old and is the equivalent of an ostritch with his head in the sand, just the attitude that prevailed in the 1990's, when North Korea got the nuclear technology they needed to build a bomb from another US administration who thought North Korea would never threaten anyone, much like they thought Al-Queda would never do anything either.....

My statement is simply that North Korea's rhetoric is more confrontational and threatening. If you feel like there's a big, strong leader in place to keep him in check, more power to ya.

You didn't have to be Nostradamus to predict the ruling Mullahs in Iran would assert their power. But Iran is dictating nothing to the U.S.

Iran is completely dictating the terms of any conversations with the US and Obama is scrambling to seem like he has any influence. It's just my opinion. If you don't see it that way, sleep well.

Representative government, individual freedom, and the Rule of Law.

U.S. style democracy via military force?

The US is a Republic, not a Democracy. Representatives are selected through a Democratic process, but our government is a Republic. Democracy is best defined as two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.
