Though I consider our current program to be honest and above such 'nonsense', we should be careful about the stones we throw. Historically we've been a little lose academically ourselves, ie James Brooks. It's one thing to be pro Auburn, but when we get into too much of this kind of talk, then we could be called barners, just as redneck a$$holes like silver can be called a bammer. If the rumor is true, or when we crush Bama for years 7-9, then we can laugh inside and among ourselves at their 'vaulted' recruiting class, but when we gloat at such a rumor, we sound just like them.

We had a young bammer living with us during this past football season. After the iron bowl, he didn't come home for a week, afraid of being ribbed. Instead, when he finally came back, we never mentioned the game, never teased him or did anything that he would have done to us if we had lost. It just about drove him nuts.
