West:

Champ: AU 10-2

We lose to GA in the regular season in a close game. We also lose to either Ole Miss, S. Miss (so early in the season, we may have problems on offense) or TN (I am having a tough time deciding if the Vols are finally going away this year, or if they'll be an 8-4 trouble maker, I'm betting 8-4).

Confident wins:
La Monroe, Tubs has them ready to be taken seriously, it may be a lower scoring game than AU fans want, 21-10 kind of an affair, hope we score over 30 though, then I will be really excited).
Miss St. I think Croom's gone this year. He lost some crucial offensive line depth & even though he's put together a VERY solid D which should be stout against the Tigers, we'll win by at least a touchdown as they won't be able to move the ball well, even with our bend & break D.
LSU will come to AU and play against their first real challenging D/opponent of the season. The difference in talent on both sides will be too much at once. I see the QB situation costing LSU a few games this year and this is one of them, AU by 10 points.
Vandy will give us all we can handle, then in the second quarter we pimp slap them & play the rest of the game with only 10 men on the field to make it fair.
Arkansas doesn't have the kind of talent Petrino needs, but they will be dangerous next year. I see a win as the players know what this means to Tubs & you better believe he wants to spank Petrino in Jordan Hare, AU by 10.
We beat W. Virginia as we have an open date the week before, should be ready & we match up well with better talent, could be a 3-7 point win.
UT Martin, "Bizzaro Auburn" goes down. We have a bye week before the Iron Bowl to rest (so do they).
Alabama is still going to suffer from depth issues and have growing pains on the offense. I also like how we stack up against their D, we make it 7 in a row in Tuberville Stadium in a game that might get scary at the end.

Probable wins:
S. Miss may hit us before we have our offense together. I also think that the D will be good, better at the end of the year, but there will be things to exploit early. We have a lot of growing up to do at key positions & no mater who is the QB, neither has taken a team all the way through a season as the starter in college. This game could be a good barometer for just how long it will take our offense to gel & become the scoring threat it's supposed to be.
UT comes to AU & our offense will have had a good test against LSU's D which is stronger than TNs. I am unsure about the Vols this year. I have a feeling they will be tougher than most are thinking. We could lose in a tough one or win close. I am wary of this offense for some reason. I need to see them play to feel better about our chances.

Possible losses:
Ole Miss: I know everyone will think I'm crazy, but I think Ole Miss is looking like a real dark horse. They're LOADED with a talented D that was already tough last year, Their schedule lines up great with a perfect crescendo of talent for a young team to work through. The offense has a quality QB and should have a quality running game by the time we get there if not sooner (assuming Enrique is there). They have one of the best O lineman and be on the look out for a surprise at one of their receiver positions Snead is the real deal.
Georgia, looking at the Bulldogs schedule, if they make it to Auburn without a loss or with only one close loss we will have our work cut out for us. They're schedule actually lines up pretty well with 2 cream puffs to warm up against, than USCar. I don't see Bama beating them, or Az St though they have a better chance. UT will give them a good game, but GA has a bye week first & LSU is probably out of this game due to offense though if they are able to right the ship after playing AU, we could see GA get beat by either FL or LSU (probably Florida cause I'm not convinced Richt has exercised all those demons). UK is not winning so it comes down to Auburn. We have a chance, but there is more tested skill position talent on Georgia's offense, they may be able to make it 3 in a row, but it won't be easy. We'll meet again in the Championship game & if we do, expect the Tigers to win it by 3.

2. Ole Miss 9-3 (LSU will beat them by years end or they'll be 2008's Georgia cleaning house & going to a good bowl game).
3. LSU 8-4 (too much lost on offense with an easy first schedule, then a sock to the mouth from Auburn at AU, GA & FL likely beat em too)
4. Alabama 7-5
5.Arkansas 5-7
6. Miss St 4-8

East:
Champ: UGA 11-1 (beats AU in regular season, loses in SEC CG, I see a loss to FL)
2. UF 9-3 (loses to Ole Miss, TN & Florida St cause it would make me laugh)
3. UT 8-4 (I think they will beat UCLA as that team has nothing healthy on offense & will be enduring growing pains with a new coach, they may lose to N. Ill & Auburn. Georgia woops them and a close loss to Alabama (though unlikely), KY or S. Carolina as Spurrier is always good at pulling out a win against TN.
4. KY 6-6
5. USC 5-7
6. Vandy 4-8

SEC Championship Game: AU or Ole Miss facing UGA

If Auburn goes, Auburn wins.
