I have 2 permanent feline residents of my own. Also it seems the word gets out, 'cause every stray in a five mile radius comes here for food. We have 1
female stray (that I think is knocked up), and 1 male stray(maybe 6 months old now), that we let in during bad weather. BTW Belle and Tiger are beautiful cats,
and Tiger looks like a really healthy fella.

Vet, we haven't tried any solids yet. I took her over to the clinic on campus and they hooked me up with some Iams and Hill's Kitten food and told us
to soak it in some Milk Substitute. We got the Milk yesterday, but the only way she'd take it was through a preemie bottle. We 're gonna try soaking
the Iams in some milk today and see what happens. She really perked up after she got a belly full of milk, but who wouldn't?
For the record TPT, I was really against another cat as two are twice as big a pain in the a$$ as one, but the mrs had her mind made up so that was pretty much the end of that. Last checkup, Tiger came in at 15 lbs. Belle goes back for her first shot in a month, and we're thinking of taking Tiger in and paying them to give him a bath. If we do it, I'm going to offer them an extra $10 to let me go back with them and watch and take pictures. It should be quite entertaining, wouldn't you think?

No way in hell I'd give a cat a bath!!! Please send pics. I have heard that Bengalcats love water, but I'd have to see it to believe it. If
you've never seen a Bengal, they can go up to 30lbs easy.

bathing a cat is all about technique. We get a big pitcher of water and soak the cat completely while holding them and then usually one person can handle them
at that point. If they are bad enough we just give them a little chemical restraint to make them act nice and bathe away.

chemical restraint?
Um....can you send me some of that? a dose let's say for a regular tiger?

Chemical restraint is a controlled substance so none for DJ. Also seriously doubt you will be allowed to view said bath what with liability and all of that.

DJ, congrats on your new family member. As you can see from the photo of my little beauty, I like tabby cats too.
