The true cuplrits of much of the present gas crisis yet they get a free pass and it being election year folks choose to blame our government who could be at
fault for not having better alternatives to oil but in the short term are totally at the mercy of OPEC and have very little to do with the price of fuel. BUt
it makes for good rhetoric. Maybe this will help folks realize that OPEC is not our friend and the UN is sure not our friend. I wonder how much of the UN
portion came indirectly from the US since we fund about half of what they do anyway and they continuously thumb their noses at us.

Never heard anyone trying to convince us OPEC is our friend. How in the world could anyone confuse an organized crime ring with intent to price fix oil to be
our buddies? They are in the power pole position, no doubt about it.
