After back to back Music City Bowl wins the Kentucky Wildcats are hungry for more.
In a conference loaded with talent the Wildcats don't dissapoint. Sure losing their all everything QB Andre Woodson to the NFL will set the cats back but
with running back Tony Dixon and wide reciever Dickey Lyons the Kentucky attack may look similar to that of the 2007 attack even without Woodson. In another
conference I would say Kentucky had a shot at a bowl game but the SEC is just too loaded and without a mature QB its hard to win road games in the SEC. Here is
how the Wildcats offense may look in 2008:

On defense The Kentucky Wildcats return 17 of their 22 two deep that played in and
won the Music City bowl over Florida State. That is significant because The Wildcats did see improvement in their defense a year ago. They held teams to 60
fewer yards per game and with the corp returning they hope to only get better. Rich Brooks hopes to get quality DE play and is looking to fill the void left by
Wesley Woodyard. Below is how the Kentucky Defense might look in 2008:

Hubbs Overview:
Head coach Rich Brooks is building something in Lexington and the faithful know it. Rich Brooks redshirted a lot of players last season from his best
recruiting class and hopes that competiton will settle all the wide open races for spots this fall. This season I feel the Wildcats will be competitive and may
suprise someone if they take them too lightly. Replacing Woodson may not be an easy chore but Curtis Pulley completed 60% of his passes as a backup to Woodson.
Losing the wide recievers Kennen Burton and Steve Johnson will be what hampers this team the most. I imagine teams will load the box on Kentucky. Kentucky
could win 7 or 8 games in the Big 10 but in the SEC they will win around 5 this season. I see them winning 2 conference
games.
