I'm guessing "Why did [lets say maybe] 14 schools turn him in for this "non-violation" was the point. I'd say Good Point...how about it. How may reports does it take to constitute a violation? The world may never know....but it's obviously more than 3! |

n the SABAN rule is going to be the one that prevents a school from signing more than 25 kids on signing day. Saban got the number 1 class with32 recruits and
now has to run some kids off to make it under 85 and some of the kids he signed would have gone somewhere else. that is not a violation but it is unethical.
See SAban's response to Rappaport in his MOnday press conference aight, and see how excited and calm trickie nickie was to explain how bama was going to
make it to 85 by the start of school. He will run some kids off who have done nothing to deserve being run off and who signed with bama in good faith.

The NCAA hasn't been able to prove it yet, but they will. They will. It's only a matter of time and .com knows this so that's why he was some what
upset when he spoke to the media about this new rule.
