Well since no one has posted anything on here, I think I'll reply to myself. Since we have 3 open dates on our 09 schedule, I'd to see us have another shot at S. Fla. However, if their 09 schedule is full, then I hope JJ will get with S. Fla. people and schedule another game or 2 in about 2 or 3 years from now. |

Problem with South Florida now is they probably think their program is to the point where they deserve a home and home series and I dont think that would be a
great game for us to set up to play in Tampa because they are not a big name and I dont think that many fans would be excited about going there.

It would help those recruits who live in and around Tampa. They could see the spread in person.

sts,
Texas went to play UCF this past year in Orlando. It was UCF's first game in their brand new on-campus stadium no less. It was a GREAT game too, BTW. I think a home and home with a team to the north, say Penn St/Michigan/OSU, etc would be a good tool for exposure to recruits. Western Penn. and the surrounding area is a fertile HS Football talent base. |

I would love to renew the series with southern cal it would be great exposure for our team as well as the sec.

I think the SEC is alot different now then it was back in 03 there are at least five teams in the SEC that can beat USC.

I really would like to see Auburn play Texas. Just the pleasure of beating Mack Brown would be phenomenal. I would rather get beat by a big time football
program than to see any more Citadel type games. I know you have to have some gimmies every year, but no more 1-AA garbage.

I don't want none of those guys up there the south is were it is at when it comes to athletes.

I'd love to see UGA have a tougher 2008 schedule. They have the biggest puss schedule out of anyone in the SEC.

bama, bye, ut, vandy, at lsu, florida in jax, at kentucky, at auburn right in a row is "the biggest puss schedule"?
are you joking around with us? not by any means the hardest schedule but that is no cakewalk, especially at lsu, at uf, at kentucky, and then at auburn all in a row. 4 road games in a row, 3 of which are most likely Top 15 teams. |

Bama is good, is that what you mean? Then a bye week. Then Tennessee who was demolished by Alabama, and they have a new QB this year and only 4 seniors on
offense. Then Vandy (lol). LSU and FL will be tough. Kentucky?? Woodson is gone and that's the only reason they've been decent the past few years,
they will suck. And then at Auburn. I see 3 hard games in that schedule. Tennesse equals and probably beats them in sissiness of schedule, but it
doesn't compare to ours. So yeah I'd say they've got a pretty good shot at running the table. They're new running back King is a beast,
Moreno won't be taking all the knocks. As for our schedule, I'll be happy if we make it through September in one piece.

as much as I dislike UGA 3 tough road games does make for a tough schedule. Similar to what we had last year that we all called a tough schedule.

They always have a solid team? (USC) | ||

Since 2002 they have lost 8 games all by 7 points or less. They have a 5-1 BCS bowl record. They dont play the SEC but they are by far the best program in
america. Lets keep it real.

Yes kentucky may not be top notch, but fact still remains it is a road game & it will require uga to exert effort against decent sec competition in order win. Not to mention they will just have come off back to back road games against lsu & uf, so no doubt one would expect them to have a letdown & probably have to play starters the whole game in order to pull out the W in the 2nd half. 4 road games back to back & chances are 3 of those 4 will be in the Top 15, possibly Top 10 at the time the game is played. That is tough business right there. bama, ut, and vandy before that will also provide a test & wear & tear on the players.Personally I think our schedule is easier & sets up way more in au's favor. Our toughest stretch consists of lsu, ut, vandy, and arkansas, all at home. All of our other tough contests are sandwiched around garbage games & bye weeks. We also get that 4 game stretch early in the season, which could work to our advantage if we get out of the gate quick & the others don't. |

Scheduling looks good for us. We don't have a murderer's row coming up to that game.
I agree with earlier posts that Bama, bye, UT, Vandy is NOT a tough schedule. But considering the dawgs will have to play on the road vs. LSU, FL, and KY before us, they may come in a little beat up. My money is on the Auburn Tigers. |

I can remember back in the early 80s or late 70s Oklahoma come to Nashville to play Vandy. I know it sounds crazy but some how Vandy got the Sooners to come
to their back yard.

All those teams yall are talking about would be great to play and I maybe we'll play them some time down the road. As for me, I want us to have another shot at usf. I just thought of something. I wonder if $puat would like another game with ULM and Northern Illinois.
