FYI, this was likely an ablation, where they put a wire into his heart through a vessel in his leg (not a true heart surgery where they opened up his chest).
He had an irregularity in the electrical system of his heart. The kind that he had was 100% asymptomatic, but did increase the possibility of an abnormal
heart rhythm in the future. If the ablation worked, then this should not be an issue again.
