I am a 92' grad with a pre-vet degree. I grew up in LA (Lower Alabama) South of Dothan on the Alabama/Florida state line. Both my parents went to UF so I
was brainwashed growing up to be a Gator. I remember my first AU game at 10yrs old. I went with a friend's family. Seeing the campus and JH was all it
took, I was hooked and have bled the right orange and blue ever since. I went to Enterprise JUCO for one and a half years where I played B Ball before
transferring to AU were I finished my BS. I still get goose bumps when I turn on Wire Road heading to a game knowing there is not a more beautiful place in the
South to spend a fall day than watching the tigers light up JH. I recently moved to Northwest Alabama from Starkville, MS and I have to say it is great to be
back in the state. I am currently single and have 2 sons who are 9 and 7 who now don't have to worry about out of state tuition!

Hey yall, I have been viewing the board for about 2 years but don't post much. I like reading your post (well most of them) more than writing. I am an
Auburn grad with a strong family history. I've been an AU fan well since birth. My whole family went to AU. My mom, dad, brother, uncle, aunt, 2 cousins
and my granddad taught botany at AU. The arboretum is named after him. He did most of the work getting funding and putting it together. I remember as a kid
going there helping plant stuff and building stuff. Well a little about myself. I am a male nurse (make fun now) working in Atlanta. I'm a RN manager at
Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta Ga. But I so want to move to Charleston SC. My wife and I are in the process of selling the condo. I loved playing football and
love watching it. BTW anyone been to the Bucket Shop in Buckhead. It is a great Auburn bar. The Auburn game is always on there even when its on pay per view. I
go to about 3-4 games a year and my parents have a place on Lake Martin. Zac Brown is there at the amphitheatre near Kawliga on June 13th and I'm so there.
He is a local guy from Marietta Ga and is GREAT. He really is good if you like country and classic rock. GO trust me you will have fun. I will try to post more
and look forward to most of the post! I like the beav because he is funny as hell and a Duke fan. I'm a huge Duke fan and liked them before they were good.
I grew up in NC outside of Charlotte on Lake Norman. WDE

Another Newcomer in Auburn | ||

Hi all! I'm Sarah, the daughter of Andrew, aka "theplainstruth", aka the greatest father in the world. He introduced me to this place and
encouraged me to check it out. So here I am, a 25 year-old newly wedded, pre-bar, law school graduate living in Auburn and looking for yet another way to
procrastinate when the stupid Charter internet is working (those of you in Auburn may be able to relate). I'm an Auburn grad (Animal Science 2005) and my
husband is an Auburn grad (double major in Materials and Electrical Engineering 2008); he's currently getting his Master's here at Auburn, so we're
here for at least another two years (aka two more football seasons!). We bleed orange and blue and couldn't be happier to get to stay on the plains a
little longer. Most of you are probably already acquainted with my daddy and probably know about the rest of my family, all die hard Auburn fans. Thats me in
a nutshell! Look forward to hanging around here.

Well, he introduced me to good music and to Auburn, so I think that counts (plus father's day is coming up and this way I don't have to buy a card!).
Just kidding Daddy!

Hi, I'm George and this is my first time post. I am from montgomery but now reside in California so you will see post from calitigerman that will be me. I
never attended Auburn but have several family members that did graduate from their. As early as I can remember my family has always been Auburn. I grew up in
the sixties and seventies and will always remember sullivan-beasley, and all the great running backs that made Auburn running back u! I recently retired from
the Air Force with 27 years spent serving our great nation, and the places and things I have seen could fill several books. I am all things Auburn and my sweet
wife redecorated our oldest sons room to the "Auburn Room". He graduated high school last year and now attends college in California. I have a
daughter that rides equestrain and wants to attend Auburn and be on the equestrain team. I have a ten year old son that plays soccer as does my oldest son.
That's me and you will see me around on the board, Thanks for having me and War Eagle!
