P.S. Hands down, one of the strongest drinks I've ever had in my life. Served in a quart sized container resembling a milk carton, ONE of those bad boys was enough to damn near knock a horse out.And you had to drink it with a straw.

I remember BLister in the Sun well we must have been there about the same time. I also remember my arm about to fall off from lugging a cooler around stuffed
with beer and hearing the opening riff from "I will follow" and thinking this is going to be a good time at Frat parties!!! Ziggy and the Zigtones, 4
n legion, Telluride were some of the popular cover bands and my personal favorite since they were all friends were "the BOnnevilles"
How many of you drank nickle beer at THE ALAMO on 280!!! |

the bad thing about THE ALAMO was after getting plastered it was a long ride back into town. THursday nights I usually went to the ROdeo CLub in Daleville
which was another long commute but had many a good time dancing there. It is funny as the country songs I heard there dont bring back the memories the ones
from the frat band parties do.

Going up to the Rodeo Club got big for us in '90 or '91 as best I remember.

Some fuzzy memories. Most of the music mentioned, has earned a place in my music files. I can vaguely remember attempting to make a morning English 101 class,
after several of those Long Island Teas the night before. A friend suggested we try a few shots of Canadian Mist to cure the hangover, all we had were
Hall's cough drops for chasers(I still won't eat a cough drop). I guess it's no wonder I didn't do well in that class.

PT if you went to the ROdeo CLub in 90 or 91 on a Thursday night I am sure our paths crossed as that was big vet school and Animal science hang out. WE
occassionally went on Saturday but for some reason it was mostly Thursday nights when we went. In vet school we got out at 12 on Friday as Freshmen and
Sophmores and that was like not going when you are used to 12 hour days.
