When word broke Friday about Alabama walk-on receiver A.J. Walker's early-morning arrest on a charge of misdemeanor public intoxication, some probably scanned the Tuscaloosa arrest database and wondered why Walker had a large bandage above his left eye.
Well, there is an explanation ...
According to a copy of the arrest report and court deposition obtained today by the Press-Register, Walker was spotted by UA police throwing up while in the passenger side of a parked blue SUV near the Rose Administration Building on campus. The arresting officer said he witnessed Walker open the door and fall out of the car onto his hands and knees.
"Throwing up, Mr. Walker had a cut on his head and hands from the fall," the deposition reads. "Mr. Walker had slurred speech and reeked of alcohol."
This may be old news, Dunno. All I know is this is what life is like as a bama fan. LOL By the way there was nothing on the rumor.
