you see... there are three classification of law breaking at the crapstone and i list them in order from least offensive to most: misdemeanor, felony, and blue bell.

only the most heinous of crimes... punishable in the following degrees:

blue bell with:
sprinkles - usually aggravated assault, drug possession, carrying a concealed weapon, and theft up to $499.

chopped nuts and sprinkles - brandishing a firearm and possibly discharging said firearm in public, theft in excess of $500, and driving while impaired.

additional punishment can be applied at each level as deemed necessary including, but not limited to, upward movment on depth chart and ascension to team captain status.

i hope this eliminates any and all confusion of the crime and punishment guidelines at the capstone.
