I can see where Ellen is coming from...maybe she's right, and the guy doesn't know. But obviously, communication has been going on since CHristmas, right? Also, if the guy thought this was a 'normal hook-up', would he really be immature to be texting explicit stuff? Maybe I'm being too hard on the guy or reading into things too much or thinking the worst in people...Maybe G, could just go up to and talk with the guy and see where he's coming from and try to get a...

I'm agreeing with Biz here...We are still in the south and the majority of us still have that stable of morals and values...So if he doesnt back off after you talk to him, then you make good on your threat and talk to the boss/owner.
